Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome. However, if you wish to cancel your registration, a full refund, minus a 25% service fee, will be given provided you notify us in writing (post, fax or email) within 14 days prior to the event. No refund is available for cancellations under 14 days. Unfortunately, ATUG cannot accept responsibility for changes in work or personal commitments within this period.
